ELIGIBILITY

  • Users accessing the site from outside India are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

  • Orradise specializes in demi-fine and anti-tarnish jewellery.

  • All descriptions, designs, images, and prices are presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to product handcrafted nature or digital display differences.

  • Orradise reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product or service at its discretion.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Accepted payment methods include: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Netbanking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • By completing a transaction, you authorize Orradise and its payment partners to process your payment.

  • In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted, the refund will be initiated by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 working days.

  • For COD orders, Orradise reserves the right to verify and confirm authenticity. Fake or repeated COD refusals may lead to suspension of services.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are shipped across India via third-party courier partners.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, subject to delays beyond our control.

  • Orradise is not liable for delays caused by courier services, strikes, or unforeseen events.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT

  • No refunds are offered. Only exchange or store credit is available.

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Exchanges/store credits will be processed only after the returned item clears our quality check.

  • Items on sale or promotion are not eligible for exchange/return unless defective.

USER OBLIGATIONS

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.

  • Orradise may cancel orders where information provided is found to be false or misleading.

  • In case of incorrect address or non-delivery due to customer error, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

  • You agree not to misuse the website for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

RESTRICTIONS

  • Orradise reserves the right to limit quantities per customer/order.

  • Bulk or wholesale orders may require prior approval.

SITE SECURITY

You are prohibited from:

  1. Attempting unauthorized access to servers or data.

  2. Interfering with website operation via malware, spam, or hacking attempts.

  3. Misusing Orradise’s content or brand identity without consent.

Violations may result in legal action under applicable laws.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orradise reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, fraud suspicion, unavailability of product, or other reasons.

  • Customers may request cancellations by emailing support@orradise.com before dispatch. Post-dispatch cancellations are not guaranteed.

  • If your order is cancelled after payment, refunds (if prepaid) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, including product designs, images, logos, and text on www.orradise.com, are the property of Orradise (Finixa Ecommerce).

  • Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • All products are provided on an “as is” basis.

  • Orradise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or website unavailability.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
