1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility – You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn and in its original packaging.


2.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items – For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.


3.⁠ ⁠Damaged / Wrong Item – If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and videos of unboxing and we’ll arrange a replacement.


4.⁠ ⁠Exchange Process – Exchanges are allowed only for the same product or product of equal value. If you wish to exchange for a higher-value item, customer can pay the difference.


5.⁠ ⁠Refunds – Once we receive and inspect the defective product, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


6.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping – In case of defective or wrong products, Orradise will cover the shipping. For all other returns/exchanges, customers will bear the shipping cost.
